SENIOR IT & INDIRECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Senior IT & Indirect Procurement Manager, Role:-
- Design and implement the INDIRECT PROCUREMENT strategy for multiple business units, managing £multi-million spends across various indirect categories but with a heavy focus on IT Procurement (Software, SaaS, PaaS and Cloud etc.)
- Partner with and influence senior stakeholders across these business units, in order to strategically reduce long-term costs whilst driving best value for the business
- Have the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your own workload and leading on all of your own projects; with support as required from the head of procurement
- Develop your procurement skillset, working with and learning from high calibre senior procurement professionals. Previous individuals who have been in this level role at this organization have typically gone into head of procurement / strategic sourcing roles immediately afterwards
Senior IT & Indirect Procurement Manager, Required Background: -
- Experience strategically managing end to end INDIRECT PROCUREMENT, ideally having had exposure to IT Procurement (Software, SaaS, PaaS and Cloud etc.)
- Firm stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build long relationships with Head of / C-Suite level stakeholders
- Exposure to working in the Financial Services space is beneficial but not essential. Ideally you will have had some experience managing risk and compliance in a regulated environment
- Degree + CIPS qualification is beneficial but not essential
