Senior It Project Manager

On behalf of a global technology company we are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to continue the transition of working in Agile. You will lead the IT relationship with select high profile blue chip customers, understanding their business goals and related workstacks, in turn developing their roadmaps and projects.

This role will suit an experienced Project Manager with a software background. You will work closely with customer Account Managers, Business Managers, and across all of IT. Specifically utilising the Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers, to optimise the delivery of software development and support services.

The successful candidate will need to fulfil the following requirements:

• An excellent communicator with proven success of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, and stakeholders up to Director level.
• Project and change management experience.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge and background of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of commercial agreements with customers and how that related to delivery process and billing.
• Working knowledge of planning tools and delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, Jira, PRINCE.
