We’re now searching for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team in Belfast, to facilitate our ongoing growth plans for 2024. By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to influence and shape the tech recruitment market, while contributing to the ongoing triumph of Reperio.
The Opportunity
As one of our specialist recruiters, you’ll be responsible for managing your own niche market, within the growing tech industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Advertising vacancies
- Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates, providing market insight, and managing expectations
- Generating new business through cold calling, research, and referrals
- Presenting candidates to your clients, organising interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
- Negotiating salaries, closing deals, and handling the offer process

- You’ll manage your own niche market, and will be working on a warm desk, with an established client base.
- One of the best commission structures in Belfast and Ireland – earn up to 35% of your monthly billings, and this is completely uncapped. We’ve paid out over 20K on several occasions in commission, with the record being 24K in one month for one recruiter.
