Reed Technology is seeking a dynamic & hard working IT Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Bristol office. This is an opportunity to work within one of the most forward thinking and agile divisions of Reed within one of the most established and trusted recruitment brands in the industry.
In the current market, working for an IT Recruiter like Reed offers a huge amount of support, unrivalled candidate database, AI tools for job descriptions and profiling/matching, access to multiple Job Boards which just gives you that extra edge ahead of your competition.
Day to Day of the Role:- Engage in dynamic and flexible working, with the ability to work up to 2 days from home each week.
- Utilise support from our Marketing team for presentations, social media advertising, Salary Survey Guides, Meet Ups, and Webinars.
- Develop and manage client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage this knowledge to offer insightful consultation to both clients and candidates.
- Work towards recruitment qualifications with full support from Reed Technology.
- Proven sales record in recruitment or a similar target-driven environment.
- You MUST have a passion for developing a Desk and have experience of HOW!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
