Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT)
This specialist IT recruitment agency based in Bromley has been established for six years and has grown extensively in that time to billing around the £20m mark. This business is primarily a contract recruitment business but they also do have healthy perm revenue. This business are 100% office based and there is no hybrid or remote work which works well for the team, everyone lives local within 30 mins commute to the office and there is a fantastic team culture of hard work and also socializing outside of work.
The Role
- Senior Tech Recruitment Consultants are needed for several positions in the company.
- As a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, you will be sourcing candidates, managing clients and doing sales to pick up more clients.
- Principal-level consultants will be able to join and grow a team around them ASAP.
The Selling Points
- Recruit into UK, Europe or USA markets.
- Opportunity to move to the USA if you choose to do the US markets (several team members have done this already). If you do, the hours for this are most likely to start at lunchtime and work into the evening because of the time difference, but the whole business normally finishes time on a Friday, so this doesn’t eat into your weekends.
- Earning potential is very high in the US market, with high salaries and less competition, high fee percentages and lots of positions to go after. A very lucrative time to be recruiting into the USA.
- This is a very stable and fast-growing organisation that thrived and grew during COVID-19, is cash-rich, is expanding internationally and has space to add 20 people in the next few years.
- The commission is matched to the margin % on GP, so a 20% margin will get you 20% commission. For Perm placements, you will get 15% and 20% when you are a Principal Consultant.

The Ideal Candidate
- You must live within a 30-minute commute door to door of the office in Bromley (they are near mainline stations)
- Ideally you will have three years plus 360 Tech recruitment experience. You may be able to transition and do your current markets in their business or they may look at you for new markets. You will need Tech recruitment experience for this role.
- You can come from a contract or Perm background, but they are especially keen if you have done some element of contract recruitment.
