Department Insights
The department IGA (Identity Governance & Architecture) is a key part of the CISO Organization and is responsible for first and second line of defense for identity, Security Architecture and cloud activities. Work together with other Security Architects to ensure the security for a large cloud transformation of the entire RWE group.
Your responsibilities
- Act as Security Architect and security product owner for an Azure Landing Zone and an AWS Landing Zone with a total of over 300 environments
- Consult with 100+ delivery teams on the security of their cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to the overall Cybersecurity Architecture and roadmap
- Design and guide implementation for the integration of security tools to the landing zones
- Contribute as a domain architect to various decision boards and alignment forums
- Act as a strategic advisor the wider Cybersecurity department in all cloud topics
Your powerful skills
- Completed studies, preferably in the field of (Business) Informatics, computer science or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in information security as a solution architect
- Hands-on experience with architecting or operating landing zones in either AWS or Azure
- Certified in either AWS (SAP01) or Azure (Architect Expert)
- Excellent command of English; German language skills appreciated
- Good understanding of modern SDLC (DevSecOps, Shift-left, IaC)
- Deep knowledge of standards in information security (e.g. ISO 27000 series, NIST CSF and others);
- Ability to work autonomously – patient, results-orientated and resilient
Advantageous, but not a must
- Fluent in German is a plus
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor) advantageous
- Zero Trust experience is advantageous
