Do you have a great range of experience within a 2nd line Helpdesk role and prior Team Lead experience looking to explore a new company? An exciting new opportunity has come up to join a Bristol based team, you will be providing support to the team while also delivering hands on technical support!
This role is offering hybrid working 3 days onsite and 2 days from home!

What we are looking for:
- 4+ years within a 2nd line support role
- Prior team lead experience
- Technical knowledge across Microsoft Office 365 + Windows 10
- Technical knowledge across Active Directory
- Technical knowledge across Azure
- Technical knowledge across Lan / Wan
- Technical knowledge across PowerShell
- Clear and professional communication skills – verbal and written
- Valid UK Driving Licence
