Senior It Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and other IT infrastructure technologies. As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, including desktop and server environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective IT solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance tasks.
• Document support processes, procedures, and resolutions for future reference.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the IT support field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Expertise with VMware and V-Sphere
• Expertise in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.
