Job Title:Senior IT Support Technician
Location: Norwich, with some remote work after probation
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, DOE, plus benefits

Role Overview:
The Senior IT Support Technician will be responsible for setting up and supporting small and medium business networks at client sites. This dynamic role entails working with a diverse team to deliver results efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include setting up new servers, supporting existing infrastructure, installing/upgrading software, administrating IP phone systems, and providing client application support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new servers to client specifications
- Support client networks both remotely and on-site
- Provide technical support for client PCs and servers (Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016)
- Administer IP Phone systems and support client applications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in SME environments
- Proficiency in installing and supporting business network and server systems
- Prior experience with Microsoft Exchange (2007/2010/2013/2016) and Office 365
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016)
