A long-standing (100+ years) secondary school in West London is currently on the lookout for a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer to join its IT department.
This exciting opportunity allows full ownership over a wide range of technologies across Servers, Desktops, Cloud, Networking, Security, and general Hardware/Software. They utilise Microsoft, Google, and Apple infrastructure/products which will provide you with excellent exposure in helping progress your technical abilities. This makes it a fantastic role for anybody looking to expand their skill set, wanting to work in-depth with all the latest technology.
Whilst the majority of your day will be made up of reactive support via the service desk or deskside, you will regularly assist on internal projects relating to infrastructure changes. Some examples of projects lined up include a network refresh, server migrations, endpoint rollouts, cyber security initiatives, and much more.
