An opportunity to join a great technology company in Bristol as a Senior Java Engineer has arisen.

You would be working for a software house that specialise in complex data management solutions for the financial sector. If you have a particular interest in the FinTech industry then this could be for you. Software Engineers in this business are passionate about using the latest technologies to build solutions that really make a difference to their clients. In terms of processes and methodologies you would be in a TDD environment and working with either Scrum or Kanban.

They are ideally looking for someone with experience in the following:

• Java
• Spring, Spring MVC
• HTML/CSS
• JavaScript & frameworks such as React or Angular
• GIT
• Experience of mentoring junior developers
• Able to follow agile methodologies

Experience in any of the following would also be advantageous:

• Other JVM languages
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Microservices
