Senior Landscape Architect

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join a practice made up of award-winning architects, urban designers, Landscape Architects, interior designers, and visualisers. The candidate should have at least 4+ years experience, and the ability to work across all stages.

Role responsibilities

* Assist with the running of the Exteriors division of the company.
* Assist the Directors and Head of Landscape to win and manage urban design and landscape commissions.
* Provide professional support to the Head of Landscape, the nominated Project Director, Associate Director, and Project Lead
* Work on your own initiative and collaboratively to enhance the professional reputation of the practice.
* Fully understand client requirements and communicate to the team involved and manage the client relationship.
* Oversee the design process from initial concept through to detail design ensuring concepts are of an exemplary standard meeting client expectations.
* Manage, coordinate, and execute project work including preparation of design drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
* Liaise with other professional consultants, external specialists, suppliers and manufacturers, and statutory authorities.
* Identify additional procedures as appropriate to improve workflow, processes, and profitability of the landscape division.
* Generate landscape models relevant to RIBA stages of design, where appropriate to be incorporated into BIM. This will include Sketchup, Enscape and Revit modelling.
* See that proper supervision is given to students, and Landscape Architects and assistants working within the landscape division of the practice.
* Represent the practice at various social events.
* Adhere to office working procedures and comply with requirements for Continual Professional Development.

Salary is dependent on experience but in the range of �42-47k.
