Senior Landscape Architect

Bennett and Game are currently assisting a well-established Landscape Architecture practice based local to Gloucester, with their search for a Senior Landscape Architect. Our client is built up from a small team of talented Landscape Architects, who specialise in CAD design, contract administration, garden design, and the research and restoration of historic landscapes.

This award-winning practise pride themselves in their design focused approach when taking on new projects, and are therefore seeking an ambitious individual who has a keen eye for detail. The successful Senior Landscape Architect will have the opportunity to work as part of a tight knit team, assisting with all aspects of a project within a variety of sector including Public Realm, Residential, Historic, Educational and Leisure projects.

Senior Landscape Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary, ranging between £35,000 to £45,000
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Senior Landscape Architect Position Overview

• Involved in all aspect of projects working within the team
• Working on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
• Creating detailed designs and layouts
• Producing hand draw and computer-generated sketches
• Create construction detailing's
• Manage clients professionally
• Assist Junior members of the team and work as the project lead
• Attending public, client and team meetings

Senior Landscape Architect Position Requirements

• Degree qualified within relevant subject
• Minimum of 3 years+ industry experience
• CMLI (Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute); Highly Advantageous but not essential
• LVIA Experience
• Experience with VectorWorks and Adobe suites; Beneficial but not essential
• Experience leading a project and support junior members of staff is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and provide efficient solutions
• Full clean driver's license and own transport; Beneficial
