We are seeking a skilled digital education professional with substantial experience supporting colleagues in a collaborative environment to join the Digital Education Enhancement team. The Senior Learning Technologist will play a leading role in ensuring that students benefit from an outstanding educational experience, underpinned and enhanced by innovative sector-leading digital resources, pedagogies and technologies. Working in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences (EPS), you will lead the design and development of innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience of our students in partnership with academic stakeholders and team members. This will include ensuring lessons learned from evaluation are applied in the continuous improvement of team activities and outputs. You will also engage with central teams to embed institutional technologies and associated frameworks across the Faculty and ensure that new systems are appropriate to the Faculty’s needs. You will demonstrate experience in leading people to enhance learning and support the development of others. We are looking for an individual with proven experience managing complex projects, and experience of designing and delivering group development activities, such as through staff training or learning design workshops.
