It is a hands-on role so you will process invoices, deal with enquiries, payment runs, credit control as well as train the staff and support your manager. You must have worked at a supervisory level previously and be able to conduct 121 reviews and appraisals.
You must have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and have excellent attention to detail. The qualities they are looking for are self-motivation, display initiative, be resilient and able to work under pressure, enthusiastic, able to work independently as well as part of a busy team.
