Senior Legacies Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a Senior Legacy Fundraising Manager for an incredible youth charity to lead the development and delivery of a new legacy marketing strategy.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the London office.

The Role
A brand new role to build a team to develop and deliver a strategic legacy marketing programme.

Lead the delivery of the legacy marketing programme, through the development and growth of the legacy acquisition and retention programmes, as well as developing current prospects.

Lead the legacy team, collaborating with individual giving and database colleagues, ensuring the effective planning and implementation of all cross-departmental campaigns.

Recruit and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Senior Fundraising Officer (Legacies) and responsible for the legacy administration consultant.

Create and manage income and expenditure budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting.

The Candidate
In depth, expert knowledge of legacy marketing.

Experience of developing and implementing a legacy strategy, with particular emphasis on marketing activity.

Experience line managing and developing team members.

Experience of budget setting, forecasting, and managing budgets, as well as reporting on income/expenditure budget and relevant KPIs.
