Senior Legal Counsel

We currently have an opportunity to join Fenergo's legal team as Senior Legal Counsel, reporting into the Legal Director. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a diverse range of commercial matters, and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, and other counterparties.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Fenergo's sales function by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, balancing the mitigation of risk and best business outcomes.
• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters and provide the business with practical solutions and advice while ensuring risks are mitigated.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels globally throughout the company.
• Develop knowledge management systems and precedent databases.
• Legal professional qualification with a minimum of five years' post qualification experience.
• Experience dealing with technology agreements / software licensing agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven commercial acumen, and the ability to work well in a fluid and fast-paced environment, handle multiple diverse tasks, and take initiative where appropriate.
• Knowledge of data protection legislation as it pertains to technology contracts
