Senior Legal Officer (Planning) (Cdc)

You will work within the litigation and regulatory legal team with a bright and friendly team of lawyers. We are looking to appoint a n experienced Planning Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEX to our team. The successful candidate is required to provide quality legal support to the Council with a varied and interesting caseload of planning matters including attending Planning Committee and Planning Inquiries.  The work will also involve dealing the drafting of section 106 Agreements of varying complexity and enforcement notices, Judicial Review and highways matters.

This post provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to obtain high quality planning law experience working for a key public sector organisation. You must have good technical knowledge and an interest in the relevant area of law.
