Have you got good experience as a Senior Legal Secretary working within the law industry and Family Law or with legal aid contract?
As a Senior Legal Secretary you will be able to:
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals
Manage and organise legal documents and correspondence
Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and agreements
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for legal team
Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients and other parties
Maintain filing systems and databases efficiently
Are you proficient in Legal terminology and procedures and great Organisation skills? Able to provide fantastic administrative support such as managing diaries, taking a minute of team meetings, drafting letters, assisting in the preparation of Court documents including applications and statements and booking barristers?
