Position: Permanent – Full Time

The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm, hardworking and driven with a keen desire to be successful.

You will be responsible for all areas of the Lettings process from booking viewings / drawing up Tenancy Agreements/ Viewings / Check-in’s etc so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to “muck in” with all the day to day tasks.

Skills: The skills required for this SeniorLettingsAdministrator / Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:

• Experience in Residential Lettings essential
• Live locally / within easy reach of the Brighton office
• Good administration and organisational skills
• An efficient and excellent communicator
• A strong focus on customer service
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Full UK driving license and own car essential
