SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team in Croydon.
OTE 65,000 to 70,000 or could be more dependent on how good you are?! Plus Car Allowence
As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring that targets are met and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of lettings negotiators and administrators
- Conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Ensuring that all properties are listed accurately and in a timely manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating and closing rental agreements
- Handling any escalated customer queries or complaints
Work hours are:
Monday-Thursday 8:30-7. Friday 8:30-6 but once a fortnight close earlier around 4:30/5. Work every weekend 8:30-5, no Sundays
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lettings management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of the Croydon property market. ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential.
