Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic HMO and Single-let Lettings team in their Old Trafford office. As part of the team, you'll experience a stimulating and vibrant working environment, where they foster a strong people-oriented culture. This role provides an opportunity to hone your skills in lettings, pre-tenancy applications, and client relations, all while making the process of moving home stress-free for both tenants and landlords.
Senior Lettings Negotiator duties:
- Liaising with landlord clients to ensure accurate property marketing details
- Creating property advertisements
- Responding to enquiries via email and phone
- Booking quality viewings with pre-qualified individuals
- Conducting viewings and negotiating lettings
- Acquiring new clients at every opportunity
- Conducting check-in and check-out inventories
- Attending networking events
Key Skills Required
- 3+ years proven Lettings & Tenancy Administration experience
- Experience in generating, conducting, and winning new instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and ambitious.
- Strong IT knowledge - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
Qualifications
- ARLA Qualification preferred but not essential

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm
Friday 9am to 4pm
Every Other Saturday 9am to 1pm
