We are seeking an Senior/Lettings negotiator looking for a new challenge with our client who are a leading multi branch Sales & Lettings company with offices across Bristol. We are looking for Lettings Negotiator with at least 1 years experience in the industry looking for a pathway into a senior negotiator or valuer position in time.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting applicants with landlords, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties. Your main duties will include:
- Conduct accompanied viewings to showcase rental properties to potential tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.
- Provide insightful feedback to landlords to aid in decision-making processes.
- Book market appraisals
- Facilitate end-of-tenancy checks and negotiate deposit settlements.
- Gather necessary tenant documentation for referencing purposes
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Confident team player with a collaborative approach to work.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the property industry.
- Full U.K. driving licence with access to a car.
- At least 1 years experience in a lettings role
Senior Lettings Negotiator Package
- £28,000 - £30,000 DOE Plus commission £34,000
- Mon- Friday 9-5.30pm
- Saturday 9-4, 1 Saturday every other week with day off in lieu i.e 1 in 2
