Form of workElliot Scott Group are currently working with a well known Estate Agency based in Burgess Hill. They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
This is a permanent Monday to Friday position, with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm / Saturday 9am - 5pm
You will be :
- Negotiating property sales and rental agreements
- Building and maintaining current and new relationships
- Conducting property valuations
- Overseeing the listing process
- Conducting viewings
- Sharing market knowledge within your team and working effectively together
You will need :
- Proven experience as a Negotiator with a record of achieving targets
- A full UK drivers license
- Excellent communication skills
