Senior Lettings Negotiator

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings and valuations, attending viewings and valuations, registering tenants, providing regular landlord feedback, and dealing with general enquiries. In addition, you will be expected to work towards individual and team targets and handle some property management duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of lettings experience and a proven track record in a target-focused environment. You should possess the confidence and ability to quickly build rapport with customers, as well as the skills to spot opportunities and multitask effectively. A reliable, energetic, tenacious, and results-driven approach is essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must have your own car for appointments.
