SalaryOur client are a well established and busy high street estate agency who are currently on the lookout for an experienced lettings specialist for their branch
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking and hungry to sell, with strong local knowledge and previous experience within lettings.
As the Lettings valuer you will be attending prearranged appointments for prospective clients to use the lettings agency services, backed up by a high performing team of Lettings Negotiators. You will be representing a market leading estate agency who have an abundance of appointments as well as assisting in the office with day to day lettings negotaitons and dealing with enquiries
In return our client will offer a strong basic salary as well as excellent commissions based on exchanged income.
We would be keen to hear from lettings negotiatiors, Senior Lettings Negotiators or Lettings valuers who are looking to join a knowledgeable and well regarded estate agency
