Senior Lettings Negotiator - Up to £40k + Commission - London

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a growing luxury residential property management firm to develop their London office. You will be working for an established company who are growing their business and need a strong candidate to manage the lettings and be involved in the growth of the London team and business. 

• Securing and managing tenancy agreements for high-end residential properties
• Negotiating lease terms and rental rates
• Conducting property viewings for potential tenants
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, landlords and tenants
• Selling the company's services 
• Maintaining Up to date on the prime property market and trends
• Developing and building the London business and being part of the growing process

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiating skills
• Has an understanding of the luxury residential property market and experience working within it as a Lettings Negotiator
