Position: Permanent Part Time

Our client, a highly successful, Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join their successful team based at their busy Harrow office.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background and experience in residential lettings with excellent achievements in generating and winning new business, negotiating deals and an excellent sales record.

You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, have a winning mindset but, most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.

The company may consider an experienced Lettings Negotiator, ready to step up into a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer position is they can demonstrate the right attitude and ambition.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer role will include:

• Residential lettings experience essential
• Listing / Valuations experience essential
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to generate new business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and dynamic
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent spoken and written English
