My client, an independent business with a rapidly expanding network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire, is looking for a skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator /Valuer to join their vibrant Guildford team.
As a crucial part of a highly successful team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch services to Landlords and Tenants alike.
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Lettings Negotiators with some valuation experience looking for a fresh challenge or the next step in their career.
Role Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and third parties.
- Coordinate and attend viewings.
- Obtain buyer feedback and liaise with Landlords
- Handle offer negotiations.
- Register applicants over the phone and input data into property software.
- Maintain an active tenant database.
- Engage in business generation activities, including leaflet dropping and call-outs.
- Upsell additional services.
- Work towards and achieve targets, self-managing KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Schedule valuations and assist in bringing new properties to market, including property listings and photos
- Training towards property valuations will be provided
- Prioritise the customer journey to enhance client experience.
- Previous experience in Lettings Agency.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays on a rotational basis (1 in 3) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with time off in lieu.
