SalarySenior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer - Wolverhampton - £24k basic plus commission
My client is a leading Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have been established for many years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator with Valuation experience to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lettings professional with proven experience in developing new lettings business, a local knowledge of the Lettings Market in the Wolverhampton areas and the drive to grow the company portfolio. You will also assist with Sales viewings and valuations.
Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer Main Duties:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Carrying out Valuations and business generation for Lettings and Sales
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Negotiating offers
- Assisting with property management
Key Skills required:
- Lettings experience required
- Lettings Valuation and business generation experience
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Results driven
- Team player
- Full, clean driving licence and car
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural sales ability
- Self-motivated and organised
- Desire to succeed
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 10am - 2pm
