Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 + Commission (Car Allowance after probation passed)
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Every other Saturday 10am - 3pm
Our client is looking for a letting’s negotiator with a minimum of 1 year experience to join their branch in the popular location of Worcester Park. Priding themselves on professionalism and experience this is a fantastic brand to become part of. Do you have a good eye for detail a meticulous and detailed approach to work. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Minimum 1 years’ experience required
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
- Full UK driving licence.
