This opportunity is situated within the Finance & Restructuring team.

This dynamic team provides professional legal advice to wide range of private equity houses/borrowers and funders on a variety of financial transactions. The work is unique, and the successful candidate can anticipate involvement in providing financial advice on acquisitions, debt financing, and private credit funds.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 5 years PQE, with extensive experience in Leveraged Finance (advising both lenders and sponsors). Interested applicants should also be commercially aware with a strong client-focused approach.
