The Impact You Will Have:
As the Senior Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities include overseeing lifeguard team, recruitment, training, and compliance, maintaining safety standards, enhancing customer experience, and assisting with facility maintenance and customer service. This position offers growth potential, including relief duty management.
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate for this role, will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. With your current R.L.S.S. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or the ability to attain it through provided training, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Leisure Industry, you'll hit the ground running. Your proactive approach to occasional non-standard hours and competent IT skills will ensure the smooth operation of our facility. While a First Aid Certificate and previous supervisory experience are desirable, your enthusiasm, dedication, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team are what truly set you apart.
