Responsible for completing tasks and procedures. May also be responsible for initiating tasks and procedures within limited parameters. The ability to gain a good knowledge and understanding of a subject area of work or study, and to perform varied tasks with some guidance or supervision.

The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a range of Maintenance Duties across site whilst also overseeing and assisting more junior staff members.

Responsibilities

 - Heating and Ventilation repairs
- Plumbing works
- Electrical fault finding 
- Urgent, Reactive & PPM Maintenance
- BMS Maintenance 

Essential Qualifications/Skills

- Formal Engineering qualification in Electrical/Mechanical discipline
- Previous experience within Building Services/Facilities Management
- Healthcare experience would be beneficial
