Senior Technician, Maintenance Job Description Cardiff international Pool are looking for an experienced individual to oversee the daily running of the site pool plant rooms and ensuring internal day-to-day maintenance is carried out.
Ideally you will be self motivated, have experience in basic swimming pool repairs, swimming pool chemistry and proficient trade skills as well as a 'DIY' attitude. You will need to be able to think on your feet, as well as having a full driving license, be able to swim and great customer service skills joining our team on a permanent basis.
This exciting role involves
Maintenance of swimming pools and management of pool water quality
Routine water testing and necessary actions for safety * Plant operations and chemical safety
General maintenance and repairs, including plumbing and equipment
Troubleshooting and addressing guest-reported issues promptly
Collaboration with management on potential future problems
Adherence to Health and Safety standardsSkills and attributes
Excellent knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance
Previous experience as a pool technician
Extensive knowledge of pool chemicals
Proficient handyman trade skills
Detail-orientated and attentive
Work independently and self-supervising
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management in a fast-paced environmentQualifications and Experience Levels
Pool Plant qualification or similar
Previous experience of working with Facilities management
Practical hands-on approach to problem solving
PC skills
