Job seniority: director level and above
Responsibilities
• Provide HR expertise in a manufacturing/production environment• Manage HR team in Ireland• Advise and support managers and employees• Promote equality and diversity• Coaching managers on performance management• Manage recruitment and talent development• Ensure onboarding and assimilation of employees• Advise on company and government benefits• Produce accurate reports and manage data• Implement and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures• Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues• Manage HR initiatives and budgets
Requirements
• Experience in HR in a manufacturing/production environment• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures• Ability to handle complex HR issues• Knowledge of performance management• Experience in recruitment and talent development• Familiarity with compensation and benefits• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Knowledge of employment legislation• Budget management skills
