SalaryAn international bank based in London seek an experienced individual to develop their Leverage Finance origination (multi-sector) offering within their Corporate Banking business, with a broader remit to include large corporate coverage.
Ideal candidates will have experience in growing/developing a business platform, combined with proven origination and execution experience across a range of market sectors, capable of taking a "hands-on" approach in a player/manger style role.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside senior management in relation to strategic development for the Leverage Finance & Corporate Banking origination business
- Lead origination and execution of Leveraged Finance & Corporate Banking business across a diverse range of market sectors
- Support product development and innovation
- Manage and develop a diverse range of client relationships
- Draft credit applications to be submitted to credit committee for approval
- Review legal documentation
- Develop, analyse and stress test financial models
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff members and facilitate their growth/development
- Act as a brand ambassador for the business, attending relevant business functions and events
Key Skills:
- A proven track record of success within Leverage Finance & Corporate Banking origination/execution
- Experience developing/growing a business platform
- A "hands-on" approach
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of Leverage Finance & Corporate Lending transaction
