SalaryYou will have oversight of and responsibility for your teams’ operational output while managing the central HUMINT administrative functions on behalf of the Head of HUMINT.
You will be required to have a detailed knowledge of the legislation which governs these activities, risk identification and management and how best to exploit the activity in support of the Agency’s highest priorities.
Please note; This role will require regular travel to other NCA sites across the UK.
Salary
£67,293 - £72,584
This role attracts a SPOT Rate salary. SPOT Rate offers a progressive increase in pay to reflect the skills and experience of the officer. The starting SPOT Rate is SPOT Rate 1 £67,293. Progression to a higher spot rate is only achievable once in post.
The SPOT Rate range for this role includes SPOT Rate 2 £72,584. Eligibility for SPOT Rates is determined by the requirements of the role, not the skills or capabilities of the officer occupying the role. Roles where IPP or PIP2 accreditation is essential are eligible for SPOT Rates. Civil service salary matching is not permitted on the SPOT Rate structure.
