Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Photo Studio team responsible for capturing all e-commerce imagery for Burberry.com and third-party platforms, as well as producing creative content for email, homepage, and bought media. Reporting directly to the Interim Director of Marketing Operations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes within the Studio, developing key workflow tools, and strategically planning and executing creative content to support the digital ambition of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements within the Studio to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Spearhead the development of key workflow tools to meet the business's need for reactive content production.
- Set the strategic roadmap for planning monthly creative content produced by the in-house Studio team.
- Work closely with the marketing calendar to align creative content with campaign and capsule launches.
- Ensure creative content aligns with the overall digital ambition and brand objectives.
- Drive budget savings through continuous review of operational processes and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize spending while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies for e-commerce imagery and content production.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a cohesive and compelling visual representation of the brand.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of creative content production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within an e-commerce or fashion industry setting.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce imagery production and creative content development.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and budget management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
