Description
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to enhance awareness, capture leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
- Foster strong customer relationships, boost lifetime customer value, and optimize renewal and upsell rates.
- Ensure the regional new business and customer marketing approach is underpinned by value creation for customers, contributing commercially to our growth drivers.
- Work closely with the local new business and customer account management teams to understand and support regional priorities.
- Optimise execution across the customer life cycle and ensure delivery of activities to meet and exceed expectations.
- Work collaboratively across our global marketing teams including Brand, Content, UX, Communications & PR, Marketing Strategy, Customer Insight and Analysis teams
Profile
- Experience in a senior/Marketing Executive role, ideally in a regional EMEA role
- Demonstrable experience in commercial marketing that positively impacts engagement, customer growth and revenue contribution
- Strong commercial acumen and with a track record of delivering commercial success
- Proactive, data-led, results oriented, and delivery focused, with the ability to balance multiple projects
- Excellent relationship building skills, able to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Practical experience of CRM and MAP systems, including Salesforce
Job Offer
- Day rate of up to £180 a day PAYE
- Hybrid working from London, twice a week
- Immediate start, 3 month interim contract
