Our client, a renowned children's manufacturer and toy distributor in the UK & Ireland, is committed to crafting a sustainable and fulfilling environment for children. We're seeking a proactive individual to collaborate in enhancing their B2B marketing communication efforts.
This role involves working closely with various marketing teams across Europe to tailor and execute marketing campaigns specifically for the UK & Ireland market. Spearheading their UK & Ireland B2B marketing, delivering first-class Retailer Marketing Support, creative innovative trade marketing solutions, and management of trade shows.
Your role will include:
* Collaborate with the Managing Director to establish the annual marketing budget and track expenditures against key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Take charge of overseeing all marketing endeavours for trade accounts.
* Efficiently manage POS inventory, maintaining optimal levels for retailers and the sales team.
* Coordinate with the sales team, retailers, and EU execution team to facilitate in-store expansion and execute marketing initiatives.
* Oversee all trade media activities and briefings for advertisements.
* Assume responsibility for the B2B e-commerce site, providing briefs for updates to the EU team, and oversee B2B email marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with EU teams on the development of the annual catalogue.
* Manage all aspects of trade shows, including budget oversight, from inception to completion.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales packages prioritise the end consumer.
* Provide support to sales teams by incorporating branding into marketing presentations and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
* Deliver comprehensive marketing reports and analysis on campaign performance against established KPIs.
What you'll bring
