This is a special opportunity to work with a growing, exciting, Conferences & Events company based in Central London. In this role you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager & Marketing team, planning & leading Conferences and Events, as well as creating & overseeing all Marketing Campaigns. You will oversee the Marketing Team and work with the Marketing Manager to carry out Campaign Strategies. This is an exciting company that came under new leadership recently and has hit the ground running, specialising in the production of B2B conferences, researching, creating & delivering events in multiple sectors; Defence, Security, Aerospace & Pharmaceutical.

We are looking for those who can get straight into work by bringing their expertise to the team and elevating the events/conferences as they become more large scale.
Role responsibilities:
- Campaign Management - Develop targeted marketing campaigns/email campaigns.
- Increase revenue on the events/conferences.
- Researching, creating & delivering events & conferences across multiple sectors (Defence, Security, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical)
Required skills:
- 4+ years Marketing Experience
- Experience planning, creating & delivering Events/Conferences.
- Experience within the Defence industry (Ideal).
- Previous experience increasing revenue of events/conferences.
- Extremely skilled with developing targeted marketing campaigns & establishing relationships with media partners.
- Strong communication skills/Loves working in a team.
