A fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join one of Mansfield’s top Independent Estate Agents, dedicated to providing exceptional service and results to local property sellers.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join a diverse team. This role will be instrumental in maximising brand exposure with a core focus on generating valuations for properties in the area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
The Salary
£25,000 - £30,000
Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social platforms, print, signage, and events.
• Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials and advertisements with the core brand values in mind.
• Manage social media channels and online presence to effectively communicate our brand message and engage with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the director, videographer and internal teams, including sales and lettings, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local advertising companies.
  

The Ideal Candidate

• A degree or qualification in marketing is desirable but not essential.
• Proven experience in a similar marketing position.
• An understanding of the UK property market is desirable.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on brand development and lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable outcomes.
