We’re looking for:

• Three years’ + experience working in Marketing is required, within the retail or B2C sector is preferable
• Great communication – someone succinct and direct who can work alongside senior management and directors
• A range of digital skills across web design, digital design tools and insight into digital advertising
• Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously but collaborate across departments

The role day-to-day:

• Creating content for various digital channels – ie. Social Media posts, Video Content and Advertising.
• Managing website content and working closely with our web design agency to manage updates and fix bugs.
• Generating and optimising Digital Marketing campaigns for different areas of the business.
• Working internally with Managers and Directors to manage a variety of on-site and digital tasks as required.
• Completing and implementing a quarterly Ford Marketing Plan with updates to our commercial and passenger vehicle zone managers.
• Regularly assisting in promoting sales and fostering good working relationships with various team members to enhance communication and ensure teams work together.
• Bringing Marketing knowledge, insight and skills to the position with a focus on creativity and improvement across content, campaigns and strategy.
• Generating weekly reports for the management team and presenting the state of Marketing within the business.
• Working directly with partner companies to ensure strong, healthy business relationships and capitalise on opportunities.
