Our client, a beautiful luxury Beauty & Wellbeing brand with a strong DtC direct selling offering is looking for an experienced and influential Marketing Manager to join their brand and continue to steer the tremendous growth of this dynamic sales channel.
Developing and owning the full and creative channel Marketing strategy you’ll be working collaboratively with colleagues in Brand, Social Media, Design and of course the Sales Operation. This role operates as the lynchpin, ensuring that the creative Marketing & PR calendar is developed and executed. Highly Digitally focused, you will be raising the profile of the brand with consumers ensuring strong brand values and messaging around science-based efficacy, heritage and values as well as incentivising, educating and supporting the sales force with on point collateral and CRM strategies.
Clearly a strong background in BEAUTY MARKETING is essential, ideally with experience of this unique sales channel, direct selling. What is absolutely non-negotiable is attitude and aptitude. A naturally strong communicator able to influence and gain buy-in, fabulous presentation skills and a creative, resourceful and ideas driven personality. No shrinking violets need apply, you are like to be an extrovert who enjoys being highly visible in a business and is capable of really putting this part of the business firmly on the map!
Based 3 days in the office per week, there will be some UK planned travel in the role.
