Drive the development of marketing channels, marketing output and martech systems. Your innovative ideas will reshape the companies market approach, establishing you as an internal strategic expert across all marketing channels, systems, and processes, while leading and directing a team for optimal execution.
Key elements of this role include:
- Enhancing digital, technical, and operational infrastructure to optimise efficiency and process
- Measure and improve our marketing performance, ROI and MQL/SQL conversion rates
- Monitor and optimise lead generation performance and how we follow up with propsoects and customers to ensure efficiencies and volume
- Implement best-practice processes and policies to ensure a cohesive, collaborative and targeted approach to market
- Help drive efficiencies across the team, and wider department
- Set the standard for campaign execellence, in all forms of strategy, planning and execution, across all teams
- Own and drive martech strategy, including CRM to support performance and objectives, including utilisation, integrations, contact management and tech ROI.
- Deliver and communicate performance and optimisation insights to teams
- Collaborate with other leaders to implement a data-driven, process-oriented approach, ensuring efficiency, ROI and maximising brand awareness.
- Lead, nurture, and develop direct, and wider team
- Help drive a culture of Performance, Ownership and Collaboration.
