If you are an experienced Senior M&E Design Manager looking to make a strategic career move – this could be the role for you!
Our client is looking for a Design Manager to undertake M&E design management and coordination, whilst providing mentorship and support to the team.
You should have at least 10 years’ relevant experience and a degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, holding ACIBSE, MIET or similar.
Vital to this role is knowledge of:
- British & European Standards;
- Building Regulations;
- CIBSE and BSRIA Guidance;
- NHBC requirements.
Our client requires a strong communicator able to provide technical assistance to the in-house design team and practical support to the construction teams.
