£55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + Annual bonus & salary review + Private health cover + Life cover + Holiday package
Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer who is looking to work on some exciting projects with high end blue chip clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected company that work within the Building Services sector and offer a great package and significant progression
This company specialise in engineering consultancy within the Building Services industry and have over 40 years of experience within the industry.
Their clients include some of the most reputable e-commerce companies designing the full range of mechanical and electrical services within automated warehouses and leisure centres.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will excel in engineering design and be comfortable leading projects from inception to completion, working with minimal supervision. They will also assist in planning and managing appropriate resources to deliver projects in a timely manner.
They will prepare designs and drawings which include Plant room design, Air conditioning, ventilation systems, piped systems and other sustainable products for their clients. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will need to work on a range of projects at one time and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
The role:

• Play a lead role in the design of the mechanical engineering side of projects
• Projects include large scale commercial buildings such as automated warehouses, leisure centres, retail and industrial
• Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion ensuring work meets British industry standards and meets the company's sustainability goals

The person:

• Experience of Mechanical Design within the Building Services industry in previous roles
• Possess the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise projects
• Must have a good knowledge of and competent ability in use of preferred internationally recognised design software and AutoCAD
• An understanding of current British and Industry standards
