Responsibilities:
- Engineering Excellence: Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical solutions tailored to meet specific project requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and hydraulic engineers, to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Problem Solving: Develop innovative approaches to overcome complex challenges in lifting and moving applications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in bespoke solutions for lifting and moving applications.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. (preferably Inventor but not a deal breaker)
- Able to use Hand Calculations
- Experience leading large multi-million pound mechanical engineering projects (Cradle to Grave)
