Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

This Watford area based Senior Mechanical Engineer post is a bit special.

In fact, it's very special.

You'll be working on properties which are national treasures as part of the Crown Estate, for NHS Trusts and on a range of frameworks providing new build and upgraded schools plus very high end retirement villages all with a focus on sustainability.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in their building services team you will be using your knowledge and passion for energy efficient, user centric solutions to develop projects to UK standards, supporting less experienced engineers and enjoy close relationships with clients.

The practice has a proud and well earned reputation for sustainability while being based on the outskirts of London gives you the opportunity to enjoy hybrid working and not having to go into the city.

You must have worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer on building services projects for at least three (3) years working with UK design regulations and standards.

Ideally you will be Chartered or actively working towards it, but as a minimum you will need to be degree qualified and familiar with using HevaComp, Amtech and CAD or Revit in a work environment.
